All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website or in-store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Due to the nature of salon, beauty, hair care, and personal care products, we are unable to accept returned items, including unopened, opened, used, or unused products.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for products, gift cards, packages, promotional items, sale items, or services purchased through Avi’s Organic Salon, unless otherwise required by law.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept product returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us so we can help you choose the right item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If we determine that an item was damaged in transit or sent in error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Avi’s Organic Salon is not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect shipping information, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Gift Cards and Promotional Purchases
Gift cards, promotional items, sale items, discounted products, packages, and special offers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
